Hey there. Just realized this - I use a lot of graphics, and Gmail will truncate long Substack emails, and I don’t want to mail everyone huge emails, so I guess I will unselect the “email” option when I post. You’ll have to randomly come to my Substack (which is mine) to view most posts - if you want…Not ideal but oh well.
Clearly I miss the immediacy of Twitter - e.g., seeing some idiotic tweet from Neel Kashkari and immediately responding to it. I always tried to punch up. All those sociopaths are I’m sure very happy to see me gone. It took me a while to figure Twitter out and I’m sure it’ll be the same for Substack (and Reddit). Or I may just fade away, and give up all this fame and money.
Anyway, this is all mostly stream of consciousness, as usual.
So, re: Epstein and hurting kids - nobody cares. Above a certain net worth you are completely immune to Earthly justice.
Nice that the annual WEF Davos kleptocracy orgy is this week…
“One source who’s done business with Epstein told me that Epstein’s 21,000-square-foot townhouse on East 71st Street welcomed a steady stream of the Davos crowd in the past decade.”
Remember, 24 days after this article, Epstein was suicided.
Christine Pelosi knew…
Cindy (and John) McCain knew
Seriously - If you haven’t already, click the above McCain link. Have you ever seen that clip mentioned on the news? Of course not. The “news” is complicit:
2011: Everyone and their MOTHER knew by now that Epstein was a SEX OFFENDER. So, how about a dinner party at Epstein's mansion with Prince Andrew, Katie Couric, Charlie Rose, Woody Allen and George Stephanopoulos?
“Since the elites control the media, they control which facts are legitimate. Any facts not disseminated by the media are ipso facto conspiracy theories of ill-repute. If inconvenient facts are all summarily discredited and dismissed, they know they've won every argument.” - @pdxsag
At Jeffrey Epstein’s Manhattan mansion in 2011, from left: James E. Staley, at the time a senior JPMorgan executive; former Treasury Secretary Lawrence Summers; Mr. Epstein; Bill Gates, Microsoft’s co-founder; and Boris Nikolic, who was the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s science adviser.
Great observation from Jim Garrison: "I knew by now that when a group of individuals gravitated toward one another for no apparent reason...inexplicably headed in the same direction as if drawn by a magnetic field..as often as not the shadowy outlines of a covert intelligence operation were somehow becoming visible"
Bill Gates knew Jeff Epstein long before he claims he met him in 2011.
This is from 2001: Jeff Epstein "has made many millions out of his business links with the likes of Bill Gates, Donald Trump and Ohio billionaire Leslie Wexner, whose trust he runs."
Anyway, here’s reminder that there are journalists out there doing things other than obsequious interviews of corporatists in #Davos for the 97th time.
I sure hope they do the Refugee Crawl again this year!
Here is Leonardo DiCaprio simulating the refugee experience at Davos by crawling to his Lamborghini…
CLASSIC DAVOS: A 2017 Panel titled, "Squeezed and Angry: How to Fix the Middle-Class Crisis" So who's on the panel? Larry Summers, Ray Dalio and Christine Lagarde. I couldn't make up a better satirical list. Absolutely zero self-awareness.
Speaking of inflation…
No accountability - ever - for these clowns.
Speaking of the Fed…
Speaking of QE…
Fortunately, we have hard-hitting objective investigative reporters like Scott keeping our Central Bankers honest…
Still plenty of liquidity though…
QT update:
I feel so sorry for the Fed…
I hear Fed Goofball Bostic is speaking again today…
Here’s my summary of this week’s Fed speakers:
Here's Kamala Harris and Lindsey Graham fist-bumping each other after Judy Shelton got rejected from the Fed:
Remember…
How’d that work out anyway?
Oh yeah…
Anyway, let’s go Bran…big guy!
1976 Democratic Party Platform: "Inflation is a tax that erodes the income of our workers, distorts business investment decisions, and redistributes income in favor of the rich."
We are colonized by wankers.
"The evil of aristocracy is not that it necessarily leads to the infliction of bad things or the suffering of sad ones; the evil of aristocracy is that it places everything in the hands of a class of people who can always inflict what they can never suffer." - G.K. Chesterton
So I read today that Starbucks is exiting Russia. Meanwhile…
Should I be surprised here? “First-ever global Monkeypox outbreak happens in exact week predicted in biosecurity simulation a year prior”
“Elite media outlets around the world are on red alert over the world’s first-ever global outbreak of Monkeypox in mid-May 2022—just one year after an international biosecurity conference in Munich held a simulation of a “global pandemic involving an unusual strain of Monkeypox” beginning in mid-May 2022.”
Frankly, they’re seemingly not even trying to cover anything up anymore. Follow the science!
fyi Both these outfits are great imho: Goehring & Rozencwajg and Horizon Kinetics on Commodities. Also, that Credit Bubble Stocks is great. Also, pizza can be great too.
George W. Bush update:
"Bush II was actually the disastrous presidency that current liberals claim that Trump is. The enormity of the Iraq War fiasco alone boggles the mind."
“These people are why Trump won.” - Me, September 25, 2019
Fugazi!
Great post!
Just found you .. and WOW
