Oops, I did it again.

It’s the DMCA shit. Song snippets I put in funny videos. I must have 500 or more of these out there. I think it's "fair use" and I think if I had a decent legal team, I'd win - but I don't have one and don't plan on it. Even to dispute it I'd have to give Twitter all my personal info. Nope. 

I make no money on Twitter, never have asked for a dime, and I get Twitter 20 million "tweet impressions" a month. I bet I make Twitter money.  Stupid company run by people who hate their users.

Normally, some music publisher complains to Twitter, I get a DMCA notice from Twitter (I've had a handful over the years) and delete the alleged offending tweet no prob. By the way - I'm always unable to view the Tweet because my account is locked! I have little idea really what I'm deleting. Brilliant. So I delete, get unlocked and move on.

One example was I had a video of Jerome Powell waiting on a Zoom call, just sitting there in his home, staring at the camera for 20 seconds or something. So I added “Highway to Hell” to the video. Ha ha. Well, the AC/DC people would have none of that, and they have more money than me. So that’s an example where I even remembered what I’d done. (By the way, I see many tweets that have used the exact same song in the exact same manner - some 2:20 long too).

Now I must have hit some arbitrary Twitter counter or something, because some random music publisher just reported me today, and now I'm suspended again AND CAN'T EVEN DELETE THE TWEET THEY WANT ME TO DELETE!  Very frustrating.

I'm done if I have to worry about this every day. I have no problem deleting a particular tweet - even though i don't think I legally need to - but any random tweet of mine from 2 years ago that I’ve long forgotten can one day bite me because I've hit Twitter's arbitrary limit on satire.

Zerohedge is gonna hook me up on Gettr. Looking at Telegram. I don't want to do that - and I may have the same issue there - but for me this is an art blog and I want to continue my art! :)
