Thank you, Rudy. This week feels different like something has indeed broken with NYCB and feels very familiar to the time we got downgraded after our large writedowns and everyone was just pretending like it was "us".

Also, don't forget Mr. Jay Parsons' company is under investigation by the DOJ for price fixing with their algo...from the mouths of criminals....

Love Trump or hate him. Tell me how Breit is not overvaluing properties. In the Trump case it could be argued that there’s a counter-party in the transaction. Breit is the epitome of putting a hand on the scale.

The Fed has two stated mandates: inflation and employment. No coincidence the data for both require suspending rationale thought to believe it on a monthly basis. The Jeff Snider video helped explain the bs from the BLS. The James Madison quote is prescient, too. Thank you.
