People don't like sarcasm because it makes them think before they're offended...

“We’re probably going to have to invade Zimbabwe soon”

Hilarious... but horrifyingly probably true also.

Everybody loading into the affordable housing grift cuz they know it is the only game. That Trepp podcast on sublease rents was REALLY good mid-way through if you haven't heard it yet when they started talking about Toast and Fenway (you know them - focusing mainly on the greenshoots for some of it): https://www.trepp.com/treppwire-podcast/episode-196-cre-issues-retail-extensions-rental-rates-101-may-12-2023.

Yes, Trepp Podcast has always been green shoots!/glass almost full. I bookmarked one of their 2021 podcasts as marking a top for ebullience :) I'll look for that one. Good CRE podcast though.

This was the one I bookmarked. August 20, 2021. Peak "everything is awesome." I may listen to it again. https://twitter.com/TreppWire/status/1428717611408310274

It might be a combination of factors, like being actually popular and clever, which makes your Twitter account like poison to the deep state apparatchikisti who wield the ban button. But I myself have two not yet ever banned Twitter accounts, on business and on personal, which have repeatedly posted the burning church and people at Mount Carmel near Waco. So it might not be that.

But who can ever know?

It's weird that a high up Twitter exec would comment publically and specifically on me "not meeting the criteria for reinstatement"

That is weird. I don't mean odd nor strange. Weird in the Anglo Saxon sense of fated or spiritual. It's clear that you are what they fear.

Which, for whatever reasons (all the glory to God) reminds me of the original 1968 version of Mel Brooks's "The Producers," when Zero Mostel shouts, "If ya got it, flaunt it! Flaunt it!" lol
