I don't organize except graphics by filename. e.g.,if I need a pic or gif about anger, i'll look for filenames with anger of angry in them. I've saved funny pics for decades. For topic searches, It's all about remembering keywords, and twitter search is quirky.

Agree. Twitter is good for short quips and funny pics. Substack for most everything else.
