Pretty intense! Hadn't thought about Buffet's portfolio as economic indicators. Makes sense!

The Dillian quote is spot-on, if the Burry-player of this cycle doesn't come out on top we can be assured that the system is finally, completely, unequivocally broken.

Excellent work Rudy.

As for who to blame, in my view it’s not the 10% who own most of the equities. Rather it’s the politicians and the .1% who own the politicians.

Right, they’re just benefiting from the Cantillon Effect magnified by those you describe.

“If you had joined Nvidia 5 years ago as a mid-level product manager with an annual $70,000 stock grant over 4 years, just that initial grant would be worth approximately $10.6 million today. Absolutely remarkable!”

So my question is, other than to the employees and investors, what benefit has Nvidia provided that has made the world a better place? Are they helping to grow more organic food? Getting chemicals out of our water supply? Protecting our children from harm? Improving the (abysmal) quality of medical care? Helping to bridge the political divide?

Maybe the answer is yes to all those things and I just don’t see it.

For me personally, if Nvidia has had a single positive impact on my life, it would come as a shock.

Maybe their chips might lead to solutions to some of the problems you see. I don't know.

It takes disciplined concentration to read and understand all the issues in the US. Unfortunately, the prole is too consumed with trying to eke out a living. The politicians are only interested in getting re-elected and have therefore given themselves up to the cabal who guarantee the money to get re-elected in exchange for owning control of the money printer and, in addition, use the government over which they have control to use their power to threaten or apply lawfare to coerce the media, education, and business elites to stay in line if they wish to continue to survive. Therefore no one but a few outliers care to concetrate and understand the issues enough to give a damn about America. I do not presume to believe Kammie is one of them. Don't forget to vote!

I look forward to your weekly posts like you wouldn't believe. If I may, I would like to suggest for a musical selection, Killing Joke's "Eighties"for your readership. It's a song that hints of the bad old days, cause the Eighties were not fun for anyone in middle America. Those bad old days are coming back....
