Since bankruptcy filings top out at the end of recessions, I suggest the current trajectory of business collapse will end with the MOAB cycle!

There are few riskier propositions than being a very small time landlord with just one or two properties even without government policies designed to ruin you, like the insane ca eviction moratoriums. Especially because many small time landlords are in the business because they are in denial about the value of their property and are trying to avoid selling. I recently advised someone I know to just bite the bullet and sell rather than becoming a landlord and praying for a good tenant.

That fellow Titus who you quoted in your last substack and this one coincidentally was interviewed on Palisades Gold radio - recently recommended by a listener apparently - boy he uncovered some very dodgy stuff. Sadly it’s all believable

Ironic that it was Gordon Brown an avowedly socialist PM who first introduced QE to the UK. I wonder if even today he could admit that it was either inflationary or as Druckenmiller said the "biggest accelerant of wealth disparity".
