On a somber note, so many people are going to be in Milliman’s position, but there will unlikely be any jobs where she is. I’m a MS native, high school in Memphis, college in Alabama….no matter how big the boom, the South is structurally poor. This last boom has Reconstruction bezzle vibes.
Completely. I did a tour there of the new-builds to validate my assumptions about shadow housing inventory- it’s insane and sad. All those cranes, all those carpetbaggers.
I don't know how you do it Rudy, a little spackle can fix the holes I punch in my walls after reading your posts but you must have run out of wallboard long ago. Or perhaps, you now live outdoors?...
If appointed, I will serve, and discharge this duty with single minded dedication
Failed Banks--time to set an example:
Clawback Senior Management bonusses and stock option profits-ban from future fin. industry
Clawback all Board compensation--ban from future Boards
Regulators: exit all involved at all levels-ban from future govt jobs
When I'm dictator I will put you in charge of this.
Did Syria invade Rhode Island or something…🤣🤣🤣
